Vehicle Acceptance Corporation is a leader in the purchase of automobile receivables. We can provide you with a consistent source of capital by converting your notes to cash.
Here are the documents we need from you, the dealer, when considering the sale of your contracts to VAC.
- Motor Vehicle contract and Security Agreement
- Ledger card, computer printout of payment history
- Credit Application with personal reference sheet if not included with the application
When preparing for transfer of contracts being sold to Vehicle Acceptance Corporation, we ask that you provide the following:
- Original Motor Vehicle Contract and/or Security Agreement. This document must be signed off by an authorized person, assigning full ownership to Vehicle Acceptance Corporation.
- Original Ledger Card or computer printout of payment history showing current balance, copy of credit application.
- If personal references are on a seperate form, please include that form in addition to the original credit application.
- Title and/or document issued by Motor Vehicle verifying that title, registration and lien have been perfected.
- Working set of keys if available.
Upon completion of a mutually agreed upon funding package, a Dealer Purchase Agreement will be prepared for both parties to execute.
